Founder

Sharon is the founder of The Allstars Dance Academy, is a passionate and driven individual whose dedication to dance has shaped the success of the academy over the past 30 years. Given the longevity of the business, it's clear she has a deep love for dance and a commitment to fostering talent and creativity in others.

Sharon started the Allstars with a vision of providing high-quality dance education to students of all ages and skill levels, wanting to create a space where students could grow in both technique and self-expression. Over the decades, Sharon has built strong relationships with her community, evolving with the changing landscape of dance while maintaining her core values of discipline, creativity, and inclusivity.

As someone who has led an academy for so long, Sharon is a mentor and role model to both her students and staff. Sharon is known for her inspiring leadership style, encouraging perseverance, and instilling confidence in her students. Her ability to sustain the Allstars for over 30 years proves she has a deep understanding of the business side of things, balancing the artistic and administrative aspects with ease.

Sharon’s qualification are numerous and wide spread over the many aspects of dance.

Shane

Dance Teacher

Shane is a passionate and dedicated dance instructor with over 20 years of experience specializing in ballroom and line dancing. Shane has a proven track record of teaching students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers. Skilled at creating personalized lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and inspiring confidence in students. Committed to continuing professional development and adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs.

We recently sent Shane out to teach the WI, we had to send in a rescue party to retrieve him, they loved him so much.

Julie

Juls walked into the Allstars Academy over 20 years ago to learn to Line dance with us. A relationship was instant with her and the team whose friendship is as strong today as its always been. An accomplished business lady herself it was not long before her administrative skills were offered to us and 20 years later she is the glue that holds us all together. We tried to summarise what Juls does for us, we even had to ask for some AI help to condense it down, a highly valued member of the team, and also a highly accomplished dancer who is seen every week either at Ballroom or Line dancing classes
